Refund policy
We are committed to nothing short of excellence before, during, and even after you receive your merchandise from us. We realize that even though we aim to provide only the best quality supplies and service, you may occasionally find it necessary to return or exchange an item.
Damaged and Defective items: PLEASE NOTE that this page covers only items that the customer wants to return of his own volition. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, in the error to which we are at fault, please contact us and rest assured that we will do everything in our power to repair or replace it at no additional cost to you, even if it’s an item that is generally non-returnable. Fit/sizing is NOT considered a defect and will not be accepted as a valid reason for return. All sizing including filter sizing is clearly displayed on our website.
Due to health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept the following items for return:
- Return requests more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item that has been modified or used
- Any item not in its original packaging with seal intact
- Special, Custom or wholesale orders
- E-gift certificates
- Covid 19 PPE related items – i.e. face masks, filters. ALL SALES ON THESE ARE FINAL!
Any order that the customer cancels after it has been placed, shipped and is in transit (even if the customer has not received the item yet) is subject to regular return policies. We are not able to intercept shipments once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Customer must refuse delivery to carrier, by writing “return to sender” across the unopened package and then handing it back to the carrier.
In those rare cases that the order hasn’t shipped yet, you would be able to cancel the order.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs of the return shipping unless the return is due to a fault of ours, in which we will provide a prepaid return label.
